Perry Colin

Perry Colin is a Chardonnay project founded in 2024 by Matt Perry and Simon Colin. They met early on in their winemaking careers and forged their own paths in Willamette Valley and Burgundy before coming back together to start Perry Colin. Matt was the winemaker at 00 Wines. Simon launched Domaine Simon Colin in 2023 in Chassagne-Montrachet from his family’s vineyards.

They exclusively produce Chardonnay grown by like-minded farmers in the Willamette Valley using organic, biodynamic & regenerative vineyard practices. Every decision is made collaboratively, rooted in shared values, experience, and a commitment to quality.

Jean Luc Burguet

The domaine was started in 1970 by Jean Luc’s father Alain Burguet, a dedicated vineyard manager who formed his own winery in Gevrey-Chambertin. They were one of the earliest domaines to practice organic and biodynamic farming. His son Jean Luc Burguet joined the domaine in 2011 and took over fully in 2023. The domaine now spans 9.85 hectares and includes a significant holding of old vines within Gevrey-Chambertin.

The wines are fully destemmed with a minimal use of new oak. Wines remain in barrel for two winters without racking. They are meticulous during harvest triple sorting their grapes, first in the vineyard, then when the bunches arrive in the cellar, and finally by inspecting whole berries before they are put into tank. The overall goal is a focus on biodynamic farming, with gentle winemaking to produce elegant, clean, expression of terroir.

Domaine de la Commaraine

The domaine is named after the chateau at the center of Pommard, which holds this unique 3.6 hectare monopole, Clos de la Commaraine. A vineyard that dates back to the time of Thomas Jefferson, who, upon visiting Burgundy stated that Clos de la Commaraine was among the two finest wines he tasted.

The domaine was started in 2018 with help of Louis-Michel of Domaine Comte Liger-Belair. It is currently led by Paul Krug, who worked in the cellar with Louis Michel before taking over full time at Commaraine with the 2021 vintage.

These wines are fully destemmed. Fully organic and biodynamic, the vineyards use cover crops, light tilling, and no herbicides. They also brought on Pedro Parra to study Clos de la Commaraine. Since it's a completely walled vineyard, they were able to divide it into eight sub-plots along geological lines to farm and vinify separately to optimize this treasured historical plot.  They have expanded their holdings into Nuits st Georges, Chambolle Musigny, Meursault, and St Aubin with the same dedication as their monopole plot.

Domaine C&G (Camille & Guillaume) Boillot

One of the most famous family names in Cote de Beaune has a new entry with the wines from Camille & Guillaume Boillot. Guillaume had helmed the winemaking and viticulture at Henri Boillot, his family estate, before leaving and creating a new tradition with his wife Camille and their children. Camille comes from a long history of wine growing and following in the footsteps of her father, Christophe Violot-Guillemard of Pommard.

Since 2022,  they are charting their own path by making some of the most vibrant wines in the Cote de Beaune. They are currently making wines under the domaine holdings as well as a limited negoce sourced from dear friends that operate with the same philosophies that they do.
