- Shipping and Delivery
We ship to most locations within the United States. However, certain states prohibit or restrict the shipment of alcohol. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on shipping conditions.

Delivery Requirements: All deliveries require the signature of an adult (21 years or older) upon receipt. If no adult is available to sign, the shipment may be returned or held for future delivery attempts, which may incur additional fees.
- Returns and Refunds
Clos de la Clos Wines is committed to providing high-quality products. All sales are final; however, if a bottle arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 48 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Opened or altered bottles cannot be returned. Cosmetic imperfections such as label or capsule wear do not qualify for returns or refunds.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all products. However, as wine is a living product, certain changes may occur over time, which may not be fully detectable at the time of sale. Photos are available upon request to give customers the best possible understanding of each wine's condition.
