2023 Alain Burguet Echezeaux

2023 Alain Burguet Echezeaux

This rare cuvée comes from fruit grown on a small parcel of approximately 75 year old vines planted on Bajocian marl and pebbly soils. Burguet completely destems the fruit and ages the wine on its lees, giving it depth and structure while preserving the refined texture associated with Échezeaux.
