Climb the Burgundy Ladder Set

Four red Burgundies that move up through the appellation levels, from a regional Bourgogne to village wine and on to two Premier Crus. C&G Boillot’s Côte d’Or Rouge is an accessible Pinot Noir with fresh red fruit, floral aromatics and fine tannins. Alain Burguet’s 2023 Symphonie, a blend of village parcels in Gevrey Chambertin, is open and expressive with red fruit, subtle spice and supple tannins. The two 2023 Premier Crus from Domaine de la Commaraine finish the climb: Pommard Chanlins Bas balances dark fruit and firm structure with floral detail, while Volnay En Champans adds red fruit, perfume and the structure to develop in bottle. A way to taste how Burgundy builds in depth and complexity.
