Alain Burguet Set: Old vines (4 btls)

Vine age connects these four Alain Burguet wines, from the domaine’s oldest Gevrey parcels to a Premier Cru above Échezeaux. The 2022 and 2023 Mes Favorites draw on plantings dating as far back as 1910, bringing concentration, red fruit and spice. The 2023 Combe de Lavaux comes from approximately 60 year old vines and adds savory depth and a mineral character, while the 2022 Vosne Romanée Premier Cru Rouges du Dessus comes from vines planted in 1969 on a cool, steep slope. Together, they offer a comparison of old vine Burgundy across two villages, with the structure and freshness to follow over time.
