Made by Oregon winemaker Matt Perry and Burgundy’s Simon Colin, the selection moves from Johan’s citrus, stone fruit and floral notes to Grand Oak’s lemon zest and bright acidity, then Tsai’s flinty character and restrained tropical fruit.
