2023 Alain Burguet Gevrey Chambertin 1er Lavaux st Jacques

Burguet works a small parcel of old vines that they’ve owned since the domaine started. It was planted in 1949 on shallow reddish clay and limestone between approximately 290 and 320 meters in elevation.  The wine combines dense  fruit and mineral intensity with substantial structure, refined tannins and a balance of power and freshness.
